External inspection are required every two (2) years from date of commissioning.

SCOPE OF WORK:

​

• Clean Vessel.

• Record all data information.

• Check all welds & fittings for leaks.

• Check operation of SRV and Pressure Gauge.

• Check drain.

• Check if Vessel is bolted down.

• Record NDT measurements. 

• Issue Compliance Certificate. 

Internal Inspections are required every four (4) years from date of commissioning. 

SCOPE OF WORK:

Includes External Inspection with addition of the following:

• Isolate and drain the unit. 

• Remove and replace Safety Relief Valve.

• Access the Vessel internally and view the internal condition and welds.

• Clean the Vessel internally.

• Replace all gaskets/fittings used to access the Vessel.

• Start compressor and record operating pressures. 

• Record NDT measurements.

• Issue Compliance Certificate. 

Conformance to Australian Standard AS1271-2003 and the provisions of the ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code Section VIII Division 1.

Scope of work:

We understand the importance of having plant that is utilised in a variety of ways operate as it should in the workplace - which is why we offer our safety relief valve testing and certification both onsite and offsite.

We minimise downtime and increase confidence by testing and certifying a range of safety relief valves on site, which are then issued with a certificate of conformance.
